Client: La Sponda Social Cooperative
Action: inclusive social impact and organizational well-being assessment of services and projects implemented by La Sponda Social Cooperative. Evaluation of changes produced on both end-users, the local context and the cooperative’s workers in terms of increased inclusive psychological and relational well-being.
Challenge: supporting a cultural shift within the cooperative: from the assessment of the quality of social services to their inclusive social impact assessment
Expected results: increased knowledge capital and accountability on non monetary value engendered by the cooperative in terms of increased wellbeing of both its employees and services/projects beneficiaries
