cristina la penna – Inclusive employment and training specialist

In the last 10 years Cristina has directed research and training projects in the area of people empowerment, job orientation and career developing, with a focus on vulnerable people. She has been leading numerous mentoring programs for public and private companies.
Supporting both people and organizations to combine diversity, talent exploitation, rights and development is the reason why Cristina is part of Isimpact working group.

Outside isIMPACT: Cristina is responsible for HR Training, Career Services and Personal Branding at Meliusform company. She works as active employment policies specialist at Smart Job Employment Agency. She is a member of the research and social innovation team at Open Hub Association. She designed training programs and activities and promoted innovative tools for both training implementation and knowledge & skills assessment (i.e. storytelling, BMC, PMC).

Education: Graduated in Business Communication and Organizational Strategies. She earned a Master in People Strategy and Human Resource Management and an Advanced Certificate in Business Counseling and Skills Assessment.
